When you book with us, payment confirms your service for the scheduled time, ensuring our team is ready to help when you need it. Important Reminder: All items must be easily accessible for removal. Please ensure nothing is on top of, inside, or blocking the items you need taken away or donated. This helps our team work safely and efficiently. (This does not apply to garage clean out services) For Garage Clean-Out Services: To make the process as smooth and quick as possible, we recommend separating the items you wish to keep from those you want to have removed. This will help us serve you more efficiently, ensuring we only remove the items you’ve designated. Donation Pick-Up Service: We accept gently used furniture, appliances, and household goods, but we do not accept food, mattresses, or box springs. If these restricted items are present, we will charge an additional fee at the time of service to properly haul them away. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will result in up to a $20 fee deducted from the total cost you paid. Disclaimer (Garage Clean-Out Pricing): For garage clean-outs, our pricing is based on how much of your garage floor and wall space is filled with items: If the entire floor is covered with junk, the garage is considered full. If half of the floor is covered with junk, this is considered half full. However, if items are stacked high toward the ceiling—even if they only cover half the floor—this will also be classified as full due to the amount of space taken up on the walls. Thank you for choosing IHAUL! We look forward to helping you clear out your space.
